The biggest part of being an athlete, is training like one. If you are going to put the time in week after week to practice your skills, you owe it to yourself to be able to execute them with your full athletic potential.

 

Jump higher, run faster, be quicker to the ball, quicker off the line, and overall more explosive to give yourself the edge in your sport. We are ready and excited to work with you, all you have to do is commit, and start seeing results.

TRAINING PLANS

TRAINING PLANS

INDIVIDUAL

  • 1 hour training session 1-on-1 with a GRITT Strength Trainer

​

  • Customized weekly workout routine

​

  • Teaching proper form in exercises

​

  • Strength Progress recorded and tracked in athletes folder

​

  • $50 per session

​

  • Month to month commitment

PARTNER

  • 1 hour partner session (2 athletes) with a GRITT Strength Trainer

​

  • Athletes will be taken through same workout together

​​

  • Trainer will superset exercises to keep athletes moving

​

  • Both athletes will have separate folders for tracking progress

​

  • $35 per athlete

​

  • Month to month commitment

GROUP

  • 3-4 athletes in a 1 hour session trained by a GRITT Strength Trainer

​

  • Please try to establish your own groups, inquire if you are unable

​

  • Trainer will utilize supersets and some circuit work

​

  • Each athlete will have individual folder for tracking progress

​

  • $25-$30 per athlete

​

  • Month to month commitment

TEAM

  • 5+  Athletes from a team for a 1 hour session trained by a GRITT Strength Trainer

​

  • Same details as group sessions - but dedicated to your TEAM

​

  • 5-9 athletes: $20/session

​

  • 10+ athletes: $15/session

​

  • Month to month commitment
